Can you explain what this bible verse means?

Actually the truth about death is that you die. only at first. You stay in the grave until the rapture and you are raised with everybody else. But his verse here is talking about the experience that you will have if you are going to hell. You will be sort of awestruck by seeing the prophets in heaven...yet your thrown into the pit.
