How to unlock the Advanced Co-op Missions in Red Dead Redemption: Outlaws to the End DLC Pack?

I've done the Ammunition, Kidnapped Girl, Escape, Herd, Walton's Gold, and River missions at least once on regular co-op but I still haven't unlocked the advanced missions. Help!
