I'm extremely confused over this situation;?

Ok so i like this girl, and I've been friends with her for a long while now and recently I've gotten to know her a lot more and I'm pretty happy about that, we both went on a church mission trip recently that gave us the opportunity to well...sleep together on the bus. we consider each other brother and sister and we're really close...and when we were cuddling on the bus ride i took a risk to grab and hold her hand. i did it and she was really happy about it, she even wanted me to hold her hand even before we started cuddling.....and after the trip she gave me this "kiss me" look..which i know what it is because I'm pretty experienced in the dating world, but later her and i were talking and she was talking about this other guy she likes............why would she want me to hold her hand and cuddle with her if she didn't even like me...
