RIB MUSCLESEXTREEMLY SORE after playing volleyball?

I play year round volleyball and i had to take a 3 week break to study for finals and go on a mission trip, i used to play 4 days a week and do conditioning. 2 days ago, it was my first time back and i went to a 5 hour volleyball clinic and later that day and the next day i was extreemly sore. today though, my muscles around my ribs are so sore i couldnt get out of the bed, i had to roll off and crawl till i could find something to hold onto!! it hurts really bad to sneeze and to laugh and it takes me FOREVER to sit down because i have to go so slow! also, my legs and right shoulder are sore as well, but that was expected, and they are also not as bad as my ribs. UK Travel Help Needed?

So I'm going to be in Scotland (Stirling) in September, October, November and December and as a HUGE fan of Doc Martin I'd love to go see Port Isaac. I was searching for nearby hostels and airports/train stations but was running a bit out of luck. It seems the closest hostel to PI is in Newquay which Google maps say is a good 45 min. drive. I won't have a car so I'm wondering how can I get from Stirling to Port Isaac the cheapest (and in a timely manner) and then get a cheap lodging? Do you suggest staying in Newquay and going to PI for the day and coming back? Is there a train station near Port Isaac or a bus system? Mission trip to Uganda. The first leg is Atlanta to Amsterdam on a Boeing 767. The second from Amsterdam to Uganda is on a Klm Airbus a333. Since it is a mission trip, we ride in coach. I've only flown internationally a few times and they were all Business class on a 747. When I fly domestically, it's Business class usually on a 737 or 727.
